Terms.
The whole agreement, in plain English — still a draft pending an attorney pass, but no gotchas buried in section 47. There is no section 47.

Who we are
Tools & Trades Money is published by Kearsarge Studios LLC. Questions about these terms, your order, or anything else: support@toolsandtradesmoney.com. By using this site or buying a book, you’re agreeing to these terms — if you don’t agree, don’t use the site.
What you’re buying
Tools & Trades Money sells digital books and workbooks for personal, non-commercial use. You get a license to read and use them — not to resell, redistribute, or republish them. Buying a bulk order for your crew covers the seats you bought, not a license to copy.
Education, not personal advice
Everything on this site and in the books is general education, not personalized financial, tax, legal, or insurance advice. See the Fine Print for the full disclosure. You make your own decisions and own the results.
Payments and delivery
Purchases are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record, which collects any applicable tax and emails your receipt and download link. Free calculators and quizzes require no account and no payment. Every purchase is covered by the refund policy on the Refunds page — 14 days, no questions asked — which is part of these terms.
Fair use of the site
Don’t abuse the site: no scraping it wholesale, no hammering the free tools with bots, no trying to break in, and no using it for anything illegal. We can suspend access that abuses the site or these terms.
No warranties, and a cap on what we owe
The site and books are provided as-is. We work hard to keep the numbers current and the tools accurate, but we don’t warrant that everything is error-free or that the site never goes down. To the maximum extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $50 if you paid us nothing). Some places don’t allow parts of this — where the law says otherwise, the law wins.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any dispute that ends up in court goes to the state or federal courts in Merrimack County, New Hampshire — though we’d rather you just email us first, because almost everything is fixable that way.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site grows. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Using the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
