Every ebook, bundle, and workbook is covered by a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. Email us and we refund it. You don’t have to explain, apologize, or prove you didn’t read it.
How to request one
Reply to your Paddle receipt or use the contact link on your receipt. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method.
After 14 days
Because these are digital files you keep, refunds after the 14-day window are handled case by case. Reach out — we’re reasonable.
